For these reasons, we have created a membership system with many workout options (yes, this is radical we know!) so that every member can get the level of guidance they need at a price they can afford.

If you are tired of staring at rows of equipment, endlessly walking on a treadmill to nowhere, or making another year of payments to a gym you don’t use, then come spend some time with us.

Everyone comes to our studio with a common goal in mind. They are trying to make time to get away from everything in life that distracts them from focusing on their own fitness and feeling good. They are able to do this successfully and with maximum results by utilizing the experience of our coaches, even if it is for just 45 minutes a day, three days a week.

We deliver results at Long Training Studios by providing the highest quality instruction on the most effective workouts for burning fat, building muscle, and increasing overall energy. We provide this service with a customer first mentality that promotes a fun – come back for more – environment.
